Blizzard Beach Water Park is awesome from every angle and captivates any visitors’ heart. The Disney water pools are busy all summer, but the Blizzard beach is overcrowded owing to the novel slides. Blizzard Beach has thrilling slides and is fantastic.
The right period to visit this place is somewhere between the months of October to March. Blizzard Beach attractions are many, so going for the slides is best, so that your time does not get wasted. The summit plummet, Downhill Double Dipper, Slush Gusher and the Chair lifts are slides that always entertain long waits.
Summit Plummet is the tallest free falling slides and also is the fastest among other slides. This is 120 ft tall and goes down 60mph. However, every time you go your heart is bound to race high. The Slush Gusher is a great slide at Blizzard Beach and here too there is a big queue. This goes down 50mph.
The Downhill Double Dipper is a high slide of 50 ft but it has two slides side by side each with a speed of 25mph. Ensure the children are aware of swimming as the DDD water is deep at the bottom. The Chair lift is also a prominent slide. The Runoff Rapids and Snow Stormers are also of great attraction.
The Runoff Rapids is a fantastic tube ride with twists and turns. There is a dark slide and totally enclosed slide resembling the Space Mountain. This enclosed slide is popular as you can ride with a single tube. There is a facility of double tube which allows the parent and the child to ride together.
Snow Stormers are the most lovable ride for kids. It is a mat on which you have to lie and go down along the twists and turns from the mountain. This attraction is for all age groups. There is another attraction called the Toboggan Racers with 250 feet waterway and is an 8-lane course. This is safe for children as it has a depth of zero.
Ski Patrol Training Camp is a section for children who cannot go for bigger slides. This is adjacent to other attractions and hence facilitates the parents to keep an eye on their children. The pool area has floating icebergs and small slides. Children above 13 years are not permitted to enter iceberg walks. A smaller version of Runoff Rapids is the Cool Runners in Ski Patrol for small children. T-Bar is another enclosed slide for children.
Similarly, Tite’s Peak is entirely reserved for little ones. Teamboat Springs are cascading waterfalls that holds 4 to 6 passengers in one raft ride. Cross Country Creek is a complimentary ride that allows you to flow on its own. This fascinating place allows their visitors to carry food baskets but restricts alcoholic beverages. Nothing can be ever so charming that Blizzard Beach Water Park. |
